Investment Based Residency
The program offers Portuguese residency through a qualifying €500,000 investment. Applications may be submitted after investment completion.
Family Inclusion
The Portugal Golden Visa program offers comprehensive family coverage through a single qualifying investment. Your application can encompass your spouse or legal partner, along with children under 18 and dependent children up to age 25. The program also extends to parents aged 65 and above, enabling multi-generational families to pursue Portuguese residency together.
Residency Benefits
The Portugal Golden Visa provides significant residency advantages for successful applicants. You gain the right to live and work in Portugal while enjoying freedom of movement across the Schengen Zone. The program features a notably flexible residency requirement, averaging just 7 days per year in Portugal. This allows you to maintain your primary residence outside Portugal while preserving your Portuguese residency status.
Path to European Citizenship
After five years in the Golden Visa program, participants can apply for both permanent residency and Portuguese citizenship. The citizenship application process requires demonstrating basic proficiency in Portuguese language, either by passing a test, or by completing a 150 hour group study program where a 90% attendance record qualifies a pass. Successfully obtaining Portuguese citizenship opens the door to full European Union benefits, granting you the freedom to live, work, and establish yourself anywhere within the EU's member states.

Solar Future Fund III is a Portuguese Venture Capital Fund (CFR) regulated by CMVM, investing in renewable energy project finance. The fund aims to provide financing to renewable energy developers installing solar, and solar + battery, on commercial and industrial facilities paying an annual dividend after 18 - 24 months.
